Thousands of people have attended the nearly one hundred workshops run since we started in 2019. And participant feedback is overwhelmingly positive every year:

  • 96% of surveyed attendees believed they gained new skills,
  • 96% of surveyed attendees would attend future workshops,
  • 100% of surveyed attendees believed the presenter was engaging and knowledgeable.

What’s on offer for 2023

We’ve arranged for some cracking sessions this year, with more announcements to come:

  • Business and leadership skills including “Idea generation” from the foremost global innovation school Stanford d.school, and other sessions like “Understanding carbon emissions”, “Inclusive leadership” and “Creating psychological safety”.
  • Personal skills including “Three intelligences you need to succeed”, “Making powerful requests” and “Supercharge your strengths”.
  • Wellness support like “Breathing to thrive”, “A resilient mindset” and “Financial wellbeing”.

The workshops are all virtual so anyone can join in, with some very special sessions also being offered face-to-face. Keep an eye out. And if you have a topic suggestion, contact us at info@futuresteps.com.au.
