How it works
Over the next five years, Lendlease expects to contribute more than $10 million in funding to FutureSteps by committing 0.1% of its sales revenue from all new Australian residential land and dwelling sales.
In practice, this means $300 for every $300,000 of Lendlease sales revenue.
We’ll support community organisations that provide housing and support services, job training and employment opportunities. The pilot program for FutureSteps will be rolled out in New South Wales, ahead of a national rollout currently scheduled for 2019. Lendlease will also aim to engage its employees to contribute to FutureSteps, through the commitment of time, skills, in-kind support or direct donation. All donations to FutureSteps of $2 and over are tax-deductible.
